In general, all members of staff are extremely friendly and helpful and I have 27 years of experience of this- wonderful.
I can not suggest any improvements presently.

Speed of appointment availability in an emergency very good.
Kindness of all staff - very good.
Excellent attention from all doctors.
I don not like the system (new) for appointments on line but by phone (unless there is a problem) is still the best way.
